PINLess Dialing
Register the phone (eg: your home, office, mobile number) from which international calls are likely to be made most often. When calling from your registered phone, account verification happens automatically, and destination numbers can be dialed immediately thereafter. PINLess numbers can be changed anytime, either in My Account , during the call or by calling Customer Service.
Follow-on Calls
Make up to 4 calls every time the access number is called. Press # # after completing a call to make follow-on calls.
Low credit warning
Our automated service will remind you in case your account balance is low. This feature is completely controlled by you.
Balance on demand
You can view your balance once you login to the My Account section on the website. Alternatively you can also hear your balance by pressing the #9 key once connected to Puredial.
Manage Account Online
Puredial.com is a real-time online service. The My Account section enables monitoring of call details and configuration of the various conveniences offered on the account. Complete call details, including date and time of call, number called from, number called to, duration of the call and amount charged are available. Change PIN number, password, register PINLess phone just by signing in. Alternatively, contact Customer Service if you want to change details over the phone.
