You can start making calls immediately after you sign in.

When will my account get activated?
Activation is immediate for pre-paid services. However our customer service agent will speak to you and confirm the details you have provided for the creation of your account.
What to do to retrieve my PIN or Account details?

This service is available in all parts of UK. Wherever you are(within UK), you can use this service, provided you are a registered user of this service.
Is there any physical package which I can buy?
No, there won't be any physical package provided to you. Instead of that, we provide you with a PIN number. This is entirely based on the online service which we provide to you in order to save your time and money.

No, currently we are not supporting roaming services.
Is there a minimum fee or connection charge?
With PureDial service, there is no minimum fees. No need to pay other fees or charges. So, no connection, activation or service fees--- there are no hidden charges associated with our service. It is a hassle free service.
Do you charge for all calls that are made?
No, we will charge only for those calls that are connected to your destinations through our service.
Is there any destination limit?

What is PINLess?
PINLess is a feature where your phone or mobile number can be registered with us. So while calling from that number you need not enter your PIN number.
In what increments do you charge your calls?
All calls are charged in one minute increments.

How many users can use a PIN at a time?
Only single user can use a PIN at a time. If the same PIN is used by the other person, you will hear an engaged tone or a recorded message.
How I will get my money back if top-up fails?
Your top-up amount will be credited back to your account within 3 working days. In case of any difficulty, please contact customer services.
Are your costs inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all our costs include VAT.
Is there an expiry period for the vouchers?
Yes, PureDial has an expiry policy of 180 days for the Deluxe and Ultra vouchers and 90 days for the Starter and Economy vouchers.
Do you charge any fee for online transaction?
We charge a nominal fee of 50 pence per transaction.
